Scheduling appointments

• To schedule an appointment with Dr. Wallace, please call our office at (901)347-8290 or 800-733-0622(option 3).

• There is a $125 charge for a consultation regarding a cosmetic procedure.

• Dr. Wallace typically sees patients in our office on Monday afternoons and for half a day on Thursdays. He operates on Monday mornings, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday mornings, and Fridays.

• Our goal is to have an empty waiting room! We recognize that your time is valuable and nobody likes to be stuck in a doctor's waiting room. We do everything in our power to be sure that we stay on schedule.

• If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible for us to give your appointment time to another patient.

Office hours

• Our office is open:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

• After usual office hours, we have an answering service available for emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
