Cosmetic surgery typically involves three charges:

  1. The surgeon's fee

  2. The facility's fee (hospital or outpatient surgery center)

  3. The anesthesiologist's fee

Full payment for cosmetic procedures is required prior to surgery.

Reconstructive surgery is performed on abnormal structures of the body (caused by injury, disease, or birth defects) to improve function or to approximate a more normal appearance. Reconstructive procedures are generally considered medically necessary and are usually covered by insurance.

Dr. Wallace is a participating provider in many health insurance plans- including Cigna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. This is by no means an all-inclusive list. To find out if Dr. Wallace is an "in-network" provider for your particular plan, call the customer service number on your insurance card, or refer to your policy handbook.
